Who can refer?

We are delighted to receive referrals for orthopaedic outpatients appointments from any relevant practitioner or musculoskeletal specialist.

Patients cannot directly refer themselves although please feel free to download and send/fax us our patient referal form and ask your GP/physio to approve the request for outpatient consultation.

How to refer?

Please feel free to send a traditional referral letter/fax (view our address/fax number) or download and send/fax us our patient referal form. With patient approval we are happy to receive email referrals.
